Twenty-two years of winemaking on Spring Mountain — and this year, Fantesca enters a new chapter.

Join Proprietors Susan and Duane Hoff, alongside Winemakers Tony Arcudi and Chelsea Hoff and Director DLynn Proctor, for our most anticipated event of the year: a fully immersive day at the heart of Napa Valley's harvest season.

The day begins with a welcome reception inside Fantesca's completely reimagined tasting room and winemaking facility — the stunning physical expression of our Second Chapter. Years in the making, this transformation represents Fantesca's evolution: a deeper commitment to craft, to place, and to the relationships that have defined two decades on this mountain. Guests will be among the first to experience this new space, and we can't think of a better way to christen it than with a glass in hand and harvest on the horizon.

From there, the day moves into the vineyard — guests will sample from the vines and have the rare opportunity to harvest a small lot of fruit destined for our 2026 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Back in the newly transformed winery, the work continues at the sorting table and in the cellar, with hands-on punchdowns and pumpovers offering an intimate look at the earliest stages of a vintage coming to life.

The afternoon slows to a more contemplative pace: a walk through our hillside wine cave, then a family-style alfresco lunch hosted at the private residence of Susan and Duane Hoff. Enjoy our 2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 2023 All Great Things alongside library selections poured from the Hoffs' personal cellar.

Hands on Harvest is more than a harvest celebration. It's an invitation to witness Fantesca's next chapter — the land, the vintage, and the vision that will carry this winery into its next 22 years.
