Fantesca City Series: Minneapolis Collectors Dinner

Fantesca Estate & Winery invites you to an exclusive sit-down dinner hosted by our Proprietor, Duane Hoff, at Butcher and the Boar near downtown Minneapolis. This special event is an opportunity to bring together wine enthusiasts from across the city to celebrate community, excellent food, and stellar wines.

Enjoy a curated prix fixe menu featuring expertly crafted dishes by chefs Joel Albrecht and Josh Lindholm. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines by Tony Arcudi and Heidi Barrett, including the 2015 King Richard’s Reserve Pinot Noir, the 2020 Russian River Chardonnay, and a vertical lineup of our 2013, 2015, and 2019 All Great Things Cabernet Blend.

Butcher and the Boar is dedicated to reviving the institution of smoked meats, bourbon, craft beer, diverse wines, and community.
