This intimate dinner will unfold under the stars in the 'Royal Court' at the estate of proprietors Susan and Duane Hoff, nestled just beyond our Spring Mountain wine chais.

Highlighting the evening, we will showcase the Fantesca Collection, spotlighting the special release of our 2019 Special Edition Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a rare occasion to unite with other collectors, toast to the new vintage, and engage in the artistry of celebrated winemaking.

Adding a unique culinary flare, we're thrilled to welcome the tremendously talented Chef Ja'Nel Witt. Rising to fame as the winner of "Hell's Kitchen" Season 11, Chef Ja’Nel has since become one of Houston's most beloved culinary figures. She is renowned for her ability to fuse multi-regional influences with exotic flavors, creating dishes that tantalize the palate while honoring culinary traditions. Her vision for a dynamic dining experience will certainly elevate this special evening.
