Your day will commence with a morning toast to the newest harvest, complemented by delightful small bites. An immersive experience awaits you as you delve into various winemaking practices and, weather permitting, participate in harvesting grapes for our 2023 Vintage of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Following the morning’s vineyard activities, we'll guide you to the tranquility of Susan and Duane Hoff's estate, nestled on the other side of our Spring Mountain barrel chais. Here, in the outdoor elegance, you'll enjoy a lunch prepared by acclaimed chef Ja'Nel Witt, winner of "Hell's Kitchen" Season 11. Known for her innovative global cuisine, Chef Witt’s lunch will perfectly complement our exclusive unveiling of our 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and other celebrated library wines from the Fantesca Collection.
