Nicole Hamilton

Nicole Hamilton is a WSET Level 2 Certified wine professional with over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, direct-to-consumer sales, and member relationship management. Born and raised in Napa, CA, she has built her career cultivating long-term client relationships and delivering high-touch, memorable guest experiences within the luxury wine and lifestyle industries.

Most recently, Nicole served as a Consumer Experience Representative at Orin Swift Cellars, where she managed a portfolio of over 4,000 wine club members, driving retention and engagement through personalized outreach, private tastings, and seasonal release campaigns. 

Prior to her wine industry work, Nicole honed her client relationship and consultative sales skills as an Interior Designer at Restoration Hardware and a Design Assistant at Coupar Consulting,where she managed high-net-worth clientele and complex, multi-stage projects from concept through execution.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys exploring Napa and beyond through food, wine, and live music. A passionate foodie, she loves discovering new restaurants, seeking out memorable experiences, and enjoying live music with friends.
